Nope, auto tends to overpower CPU even though may be only short period. Someone claims seeing transient 1.6v

Always set it up manually.
1. Start from stock voltage and stock speed
2. increase clock speed slowly first, if boots > aida64/real bench stress test 1 hour to see if stable. If stable, increase clock speed, if not increase voltage and repeat

Some rules of thumb on voltage and temp: I will keep vcore < 1.45v and CPU under load temp < 85 (during stress test), HWinfo is a good monitoring tool.

ya I got to 4.7 ghz 1.170v using my corsair h60 liquid cooler temps are 31c idle 50c load going to go for 4.9 ghz
