Problem getting my X399 Aorus in Quad Channel

I have the RAM slots in 2-4-6-8 and am getting the correct amount of RAM... But it is showing as "Dual" channel in CPU-Z. Any tips?

I updated to the latest Bios. Is it possible CPU-Z is reading it wrong? CPU-Z Say's "Dual" under Channels #.

All RAM is being read correctly though as the 32GB is shown. I have them in SLot 2, 4, 6, 8 like the manufacture states

I'm having exaclty the same problem. I have a 1920x with 32GB G SKill Flare X 3200 CL14. CPU-Z also reads it as Dual channel. As the mobo user manual says, I'm using the same slots as you 2,4,6,8.

I already have the latest bios (F3G)

Did you manage to solve it?
