wanna do an upgrade from my current system

My current system is an i3-4130 on an ASUS H81m-Plus motherboard, Corsair vengeance 1600 mhz ram, thermaltake toughpower 80+ gold psu, WD Caviar blue 1tb, Samsung SSD, Sapphire RX 470 all housed in an AZZA Genesis 9000b.

Im gonna reuse everything besides the motherboard, ram and processor. Budget is around 300 - 350dollars.

You all can throw in a new case too if you can fit it.

Only thing is you will need to reinstall OS. If win 7, get product key, if win 10, create a microsoft account and link to it.

For reinstall:

1. Back up data/files, in this case, move SSD stuff to hdd.
2. Do this : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/wiki/insider_wintp-insider_security/how-to-connect-to-a-microsoft-account-in-windows/c1614fe6-a9cd-4723-a9e0-7293d9cdfd4a?auth=1
3.
download the ISO from Microsoft and burn it to a flash drive. ISO download link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

Download the tool and burn ISO to flash drive : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool
4.
After you get the ISO burned onto flash drive, boot using USB, some bios is using F9 to choose which drive/media to boot, not sure about yours. You can always enter BIOS and pick USB as the first boot priority, you can change the order after installation
