So, I ordered an Elite 130 and an h60, since I wouldn't need to buy a seperate AM4 mounting kit. Looking now at the Am4 mounting plate, this will need to be mounted closest to the RAM slots, as it wasn't made for this form factor of case, but rather a tower. The way the cooling pipes would fit in an elite 130, I'd imagine would put strain on them, especially since it has thick tubes. Being thay the mounting kit only uses 2 screws, I can easily see this causing uneven pressure over the CPU package. Has anyone used these components together, and did it cause cooling problems?

I have a H60 AIO in my Corsair Air 240 (mATX) which is a bit bigger than your mITX case I believe. And designed differently as far as space is concerned. But I'm not following your concern about the mounting of the pump to the retention bracket putting strain on the CPU.
