I read many threads with similar problem but I couldn't work it out as my problem is a bit different.
Once I disconnected my pc for 3 weeks and after I came back from holiday I couldn't turn it on. My ssd (Samsung evo 250 - the one with windows installed) couldn't boot. Once I disconnected it and used other ssd, everything was fine. Then I tried to connect it as additional disk but I couldn't start the system as well. Finally I bought usb adapter to connect it this way. There is some problem as it doesnt show up in disk management.
