Your build will work fine, but some comments:

1. Old gen I7? 8th gen coffee lake I5 is better
2. Cooler is kind of insufficient
3. ssd has cheaper replacement
4. hdd has cheaper replacement
5. case not found in newegg
6. PSU has cheaper replacement
7. Do you want a monitor too? You rig can handle 2k 144 Hz monitor
