Hello everyone,

like i wrote in the title: My CPU Core #1 (as said by Everest) is always at 0%. Windows Task Manager shows no graph when monitoring the load on the CPU, once in a while there appears a very tiny peak, but nothing more.

This is always the case, even if all other cores are under heavy load when playing a game for example. I attached a screenshot to the thread which shows the load. I am running a AMD FX8350.

What could cause this strange behaviour? Let me know if you need any additional information.

Solution
Is core #1 enabled in the BIOS? Some BIOS have the ability to manually enable or disable any of the cores. Conversely, try disabling some of the other cores and see if core #1 picks up some of the load. You can run a stress test like W-Prime to push the cores to their full load.
