is a second gen i3 enough for programming?

Hello, i have seen a computer on Ebay that has an i3 2120 3.30Ghz and 4GB of RAM, so i dont know if that enough for Programming on Visual Studio, im not going to do gaming only Programming
right now im using the laptop of my brother and i dont want bother him anymore

Hey there, yes that will be enough to run visual studio.
I currently have an AMD fx-6300 3.5Ghz and it has no issues what so ever running Visual studio.
Could I ask what your laptop specs are? Thanks.
