Hey guys, I have a laptop for school but I'm not able to get 60 fps on it in CSGO. What would be the cheapest desktop I could get to guarantee 60 fps @1080p? I don't need peripherals or an OS. I don't have a budget because I don't know the average price and I have to save up. Thanks!

I mean I'm sure there is cheaper, but a skylake i5 will run CSGO 60FPS at 1080p with just integrated graphics. On low of course, but it'll run. You could buy or build a budget desktop and eventually buy a cheap GPU as an upgrade, perhaps a 750ti / 1050ti later down the line if you felt so inclined.

Here is a relatively cheap desktop from newegg, it would accept a 750ti / 1050ti upgrade whenever you wanted a boost.
