Can these products work together?

I have an HP Pavilion and want to upgrade it. Can someone please check if these parts can work together.

The only issue I saw was that the current motherboard is uATX, whereas your new case says it only supports microATX. After a quick google search, I'm finding that the uATX board size has the same screw holes as mATX, so according to that finding you're good to go.

You should be fine , you need to track down the front panel connector pin out to change cases , you are wildly overspeccing the PSU .

A good quality 550w can be had for $60 or so.
