My PC restarts while playing games

Hello,
This is my computers specifications:

CPU : i7 6700

GPU : MSI gaming X 1060 6GB

Motherboard : Asus H170 pro gaming

Power supply : Corsair VS650

RAM : 16GB

My computer usually runs normally without any issues,but,whenever i try to play a game,my computer restarts after like 15 minutes of gaming.

My idle temperatures are:

CPU : 35 degree
GPU : 50 degree

My Gaming temperatures while playing Watch Dogs are:

CPU : 60 degree
GPU : 78 degree

Please help!

First thing that catches my eye is that psu.Can you test with another one? Maybe from a friend or local shop ...

You could also make a log,

How to make a log,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run",
at the bottom of the window click "logging start",
choose a name and place for the log like "hwinfolog" at the "desktop",
this log can be viewed/opened with either excel from Microsoft or libre office calc.

you can upload it onto a site which facilitates this like SaberCatHost or DropBox,these i like since not so much (or any) spam comes with these.
Just make one until this happens like you described. Just start this just before you start to game.

That i guess didn't last 15min. so did it shut off after this? First thing that strikes me is the low +12V rail which can dip to 11.616V which is still within ATX specs,but if the powerdraw would dip even more (below 11.4V,not a big difference) would that be reason enough for the shut down.

Wil look further.

Yes,my PC rebooted after that.

It happens with other games too like,Witcher 3.
The only game that,i am able to play for a long time is Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition and that too at medium settings.

This is log file that i created,while playing Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition at medium settings.
I played for somewhere around 30 minutes and then quite the game and stopped HWINFO logging.
I can play this game for hours at medium settings without any issue.
If i change my settings to high,my PC reboots.

I can play Witcher 3 at medium settings for like 2 hours before it restarts.
If i am not wrong,then,i am sure that my CPU and GPU can handle this games at high settings.

Do you have any suggestions for a new PSU?
This one is still under warranty,i don't know what to do with it,if it is power issue.

In this one is the +12V rail just a bit higher and more stable so i guess that you psu is the culprit .

For a new one what budget? Can the pcpartpicker be used to recommend? Or link a site where you buy,preferably the psu page with prices going up.

My budget is around 100 US dollars,i can manage up to 150.
pcpartpicker will work.
I use Amazon for online shopping.
