Is my GPU dead ????

Recently I was playing call of duty WWII suddenly my screen turns blue and a deep beep sound comes up and then pc restarts . When my pc boots up on screen it show colourful glitches i.e., colourful horizontal vertical lines and characters. After that pc restarts and it repeats again and again .
My Specs :
AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
ASUS DUAL RX 480 4G (7 months Old)

It sounds like one or both of the graphics cards may have overheated and the system shutdown to try to prevent any additional damage. Are the crashes only happening when you try to play a game or constantly? Do you have any way of knowing what temperatures your graphics cards were running at?

My GPU temperature was around 70-80°C

That's pretty high, it could be that something cooked in them. I would try taking one of the cards out and attempt to boot from there. Try doing that with both cards individually. If you are still having issues, make sure you have tested both PCIe slots you were using as one of those may have gone bead instead.

Actually Brother I have only one GPU model name of my GPU is ASUS DUAL RX 480 and there is only one PCIe in my motherboard.
