Hello guys. I’ve bought Corsair RM850X a month ago. It had strange noise in it like this

So I’ve RMA’d it and yet new one came to me a week ago and it had same issue. I wonder if my other parts may caused this issue ? Should I go for another brand(if so any suggestions). Or if it was unlucky of me to get 2 broken PSUs in a row ? My components:
MoBo: ASUS Maximus Formula VIII
CPU: Intel 7700K
GPU: Single EVGA FTW 1080(for now I have second card but afraid to use)
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 + 2x AER RGB case fans
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 8GB X4
Storage: WD Blue 1 TB 7200 + Samsung 960 EVO 250 GB
Extra: NZXT HUE+
Case: NZXT S340 Elite
Note, I use cables which came with PSU
