Hey guys, so yesterday the power company decided it would be a good idea to turn off the power and it messed up my PC so much but I think this is a BIOS issue but I have no idea what to do to be honest. Right when the power came back I turned it on and it was fine for the day but when I woke up this morning it gave me a boot menu error so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it went away. However, there was only 1 BIOS option there at the time when I went into the settings but now there are 2 and I have no idea how to proceed because every application I launch gives me the error "0xc000007b" and programs won't start because of it.
I still get this error in safe mode and I have tried almost everything imaginable (replacing .dlls, and install net framework ect.) but it's looking like I will have to reformat which I REALLY do not want to do because I have a lot of work on my PC. I have no idea what to do it and it is really frustrating. This is Windows 7 64 bit and I have an Asrock motherboard. I can go more into depth but I can go more in depth for the specs if needed, thanks
