Graphic Problem with Nvidia Please Help

I need help with my laptop, as when I play games like TR 2013 or Rise of Tomb Raider on Intel Chipset it work fine but on Nvidia it has problem, same goes with Battlefield 3 & 4. Also games like BF Hardline or GTA 5 are unplayable.

Specs: 8 GB RAM
Core i5 7200u @2.50 Hz
Windows 10
Nvidia 940MX 2GB v388.13 release date 30/10/17
Intel HD Graphics 620

Did you install all your drivers for your laptop and your GPU? Also you should know that's a pretty weak GPU for gaming. If you have many Video options disabled or lowered it is possible for your games to look bad (maybe not as bad as your pic but still)

Yes, I knew it is weak entry level card, but the output is really bad and I have checked other video also on youtube there regarding the same card, the performance difference is vast. Also while searching internet, I came across a solution to disable my nvidia and run the game, surprisingly, it run well that way on 620 HD.
Also laptop is fully updated in respect to software and windows update.

If your GPU is up to date and so is your Windows, your GPU not working properly might suggest a broken GPU and you could send it for repairs or refund. Since the GPU is pretty weak, running on the Intel display driver is pretty much okay, just not a full solution imo
