High Pitched Noise Coming From Speakers

Hi Everyone,

Recently my speakers started making a high pitched static noise. I searched and read a lot of forums and actually have an idea of what the problem may be, but I dont know how to fix it. ( If that makes any sense?) I'll try to explain everything;

■ It's a 5-8 second, high pitched scratching-static noise that happens every 0.5-1 minute.
■ There's still static even when the jack isn't plugged.
■ No static in headphones.
■ Very loud cracking-buzzing sound when touching the jack to computer case. (Back metal plate , where It covers the graphics card and you plug the USB and stuff, to be exact.)

So after reading I thought it may be;
A) My PSU leaking electricity
B) A ground loop issue
C) Something interfering with the speakers.(There isn't really any strong electrical stuff near my speakers.)

I think its the PSU but I'm not sure about it. The static is still there as I'm typing this. Any kind of help would be appreciated.
(Also sorry for my bad English, would like to help if you couldn't understand.)
EDIT: Turns out my WiFi adapter was interfering with it. Moved it away from my speakers and problem solved.

Thanks for the reply. I can't do that today but I will try it tomorrow. Can you write it in steps? Or what I should do after unscrewing the screws?
