Can we know what is the normal clock speed for this kind of graphics card?
is it on the box or where can we find them?

Yesterday i was trying with 600w 80+ Bronze Zumax PSU to turn on my pc with r9 380x , but it couldnt turned on , because this r9 380x is second hand i need to make sure it works , so i went to my friends house and tried with his PSU for 1-2 hours it works but when i run a game it overheat and turned off.
So i am planning to buy the masterwatt lite 700w from coolermaster to power up my r9 380x , if it turned on ill try to open afterburner and check if anything is wrong.

it the gpu overheath mitgh have been overclock or use for bitcoins minnings that reduce life span of it also made shure the fan on it are spinnings as temp goes up then use hwinfo sensor page to check temp you could also use gpu-z rendering option to stress gpu in the same time to see how high it goes on temp under load .

So lets revise, i am currently using a r7 360 with 600w Zumax 80+ bronze psu , when i install r9 380x it wont turned on , but when i tried it on my friends pc with a 500w PSU it turned on for a while then shutdown because of overheating, im afraid it is because my friends PSU or there is some overclock on the GPU , now im back at my home , im planning to buy a new PSU which is masterwatt lite 700w from coolermaster to power up the r9 380x and if there is a problem i could atleast boot and check in on afterburner . So buying this new PSU is it a good idea or no?
Thanks for your help.
