My computer says vga no signal after I installed new graphics card

I just bought a new GeForce 1050 it for my computer and when I installed it my computer monitor showed the company logo then vga no signal. I had all the cables how they were while using my old graphics card. I’m currently using an HDMI cable for monitor. Can anyone help me for what to do about vga no signal.

New graphics card: Geforce GTX 1050 ti
Old graphics card: GeForce GTX 720
Monitor:AOC
Computer: CyberpowerPC

I had the same cables and monitor settings for my PC when I was using my old graphics card. I also switched to my old graphics card to see if the vga no signal would change but it still has the same issue now for both graphics cards.
