Of Course... Very powerful GPU and good CPU, will run smoothly for sure. You may want a 1440p 144Hz Gsync monitor to fully utilize your pc power !!!

what are you buying it for? how much? thats like buying a dump truck when all you need is a shovel. if its more than 1000$ there are much better suitible options. WOW is ok to play but todays games need a speedy quad core with hyperthreading.

Here is the monitor i found ASUS ROG Swift PG27VQ 27" WQHD Curved G-Sync Gaming Monitor for the cost of $1199.

This looks like a troll build.
But

1 that psu cannot supply that pc at all.
Wow only really needs 2 cores. The new i3 8350k oc'd will give you a much better experience then those xeons ever can.
And all the rest is just stupid overkill.

Anyone who plays WoW knows its requirements are really low. This is the sort of build brag post looking for praise that this site needs to stamp out.

Hi this is not a troll build. I am asking for help and this is my first time so help me please, I have made a few adjustments to the build which is 32GB memory ram and a GTX 1080 TI video card only need 1 card and thank you for the power supply so I need a stronger one like 750 power, so you think i only need 2 cores to play wow thanks again. Please reply back if you want to.

Dual CPU is really for server/heavy scientific computing stuff, you really don't need. 1 CPU setup is good enough. Put your money into some good investments.

Determine your resolution first and tell me. Get the first silky smooth one for that resolution so you have a rough idea, start from there and tell me your rough budget
