New build - Any tips or change of parts

Hello, i'm looking into building a new pc, yet i'm unsure if the parts i have picked out so far are a good match for the pc or whether i should make any changes.

I'm not really looking to overclock anything.

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k 4.2Ghz Quad Core
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z270-HD3P
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 DC 32GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO SSD - 250GB
Harddrive: Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" ST3000DM008 - 3 TB
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Strix A OC - 8GB
Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow
PSU: Corsair RM750x - 750 Watt - 135 mm - 80 Plus Gold certified

It is in particular the motherboard that i am in doubt with, if it is a good enough board or whether i should fork out a little more money for a better/more expensive board?

Look fine, but do you need 32GB of ram?

And you only really need a 650W PSU for that build.

I would HIGHLY suggest using an 8th gen CPU instead of the 7700k. The i5 8400 is just as good or better in some cases than even the 7700k. PSU is good, GPU is fine but I prefer EVGA for build quality and warranty/customer support. 3TB on an HDD is also pretty unnecessary unless you're doing some editing with very large files. 32GB of RAM for the same reason is equally unnecessary.

I've change a few bits after your suggestions!

I have one more question though, i am considering changing the Noctua - NH-D15 to a Cryorig H7 and then slap 2x Corsiar SP120 fans on it.
The Noctua simply seems a little too beefy both aesthetically and maybe a bit overkill since im not really looking to OC
Is that something you could get behind or would you recommend otherwise?
