I just built my new computer, and I spent a lot of money to get a good setup. However, now that everything is built and fully installed, I noticed that speccy wasn't detecting my cpu, and on other games, all cpu intensive graphics options have been set to minimum by default. Help would be appreciated.

Edit: I'm also on windows 7 if that helps, seen some stuff about ryzen not having native support on 7, but I don't really know the details because I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world.
