Need help to choose cooler for R5 1600

Hello, so which is better, Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B or the king Cryorig H7 in terms of sound levels? I know that they cool pretty much same overclocked or not (do they really?) and they have similar noise levels but as I like really quiet pc, which one is better pick when Scythe is 50€ and Cryorig is 45€.

The Scythe Mugen 5 is considerably larger and falls in the H5 bracket rather than the H7. They are both great coolers and pretty quite. The H7 is a tad quieter while the Mugen 5 cools better... http://www.modders-inc.com/scythe-mugen-5-cpu-cooler-review/4/
