2nd monitor CPU usage for apps higher than primary monitor

The title is pretty self explainatory.

I have around 11% CPU usage when i'm watching Twitch right now on my primary monitor, but when i move it to the second monitor it jumps up to 73% CPU usage.

And i cant change my monitor to use the GTX instead of Intel.

if you are using the intel GPU of course the CPU usage will increase.
why cant the GTX run both monitors, wrong ports?

1. Are both monitors plugged into your gpu

2. Are your monitors different resolutions or refresh rates

3. Have you tried turning it on and off again
