Is this PSU good enough?

Ok so I have a g1 gaming gtx 1080 8 gb, i7 7700 3.6 ghz. I ordered an EVGA 700 watt +80 bronze PSU. I am planning on overclocking my CPU to about 4.2 GHZ. As well as my GPU to like 400 mem clock and 150 core clock. Will I have enough watts to do this?

Not the greatest PSU , BUT YES IT CAN RUN THOSE SPECS.

How come its not good? I thought EVGA was an amazing brand. I checked the reviews it had a 4.4 star out of 5 star and 3.2k reviews?

EVGA G2 and G3 are what you want in EVGA PSU's , they are top quality LEADEX Platforms.
700B is a lower end model , it's fine for your setup.

Shouldn't you ask this type of question before you order the PSU?

As said, it's not very good. You would be better off buying high quality 450W PSU for the same price like the Bitfenix Whisper M 450W. It's higher quality than the EVGA 700W.
