my phone keeps loading for a long time when i try to open any web ddress or page,the phone s NOKIA XPRESS MUSIC 5130-c.....please help me...thanks

Are you talking about on WiFi or on the cell data? Did you contact the service provider? Did you try rebooting the phone? That is an old phone, it is about 10 years old, it probably can't run fast connections or load modern sites. Time to replace it with even a cheaper smartphone.
