hi can i turn my pc on without my cpu and gpu my ram is installed same with my harddrive motherboard and powersupply im not sure if i can and there are no websites saying anything about this

Nope you cant run the PC without the Main Most Important thing which is RAM and CPU and as you dont have the CPU it wont turn on
even if you have CPU and RAM you can turn on without the GPU
