Windows 7 wont activate please help me.

I bought a pc from someone used. They said they put a "fresh" install of windows 7 professional on it. All was fine i got it home and played around on it for a little bit just fine. Then i plugged in the internet, and it went through the update process. When it was done it said my windows is not genuine at the bottom. I did some research and found out i needed to rename a file in the Wat folder, and delete a specific updatem, so i did that and the message went away. But now when i try to activate windows using the product key i extracted from command prompt, it says the key has been blocked. I called microsoft and theytold me the key had been used on 7000 machines. Im so confused. I just want to activate it so i can upgrade to windows 10 and get rid of this 32 bit version of windows 7. heres the data from the diag tool.
