what will be the best matherboard and grphics card for my ryzen 7 1700x.one thing i can't effort more than $250 for sum of motherboard and graphics.i'm not a gamer.i'm a developer data analyzer and designer.i don't need graphics so good i need speed.please suggest me some motherboard and graphics card thanks in advance.

If you want best overclocking experience with and AM4 you need to get the boards with the X370 chipset. However, since this is not a gaming system I think that's a waste of money.

I too think you're best off with a B350 chipset motherboard.

The average/good B350 motherboards are almost half the price of average X370 boards.

The one Calvin7 linked is $99.

This one is a good X370 board but it's $234:

He also suggested a good series of graphics card for your purpose. The GTX 1050, you can make your pick which brand/model.
