I have had my PC for around 3 years now and I have only upgraded a few parts i.e GPU.

These are the specs:

ASUS STRIX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 (4096 MB) GPU

Intel Core i5 4670 Quad Core Retail CPU (Socket 1150, 3.40GHz, 6MB, Haswell, 84W, Intel Graphics, BX80646I54670, 4th Generation Intel Core, Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

(2x4GB) RAM DDR3 1600MHz

1TB HDD

Asus H81M-PLUS Motherboard (Socket 1150, Intel H81, DDR3, S-ATA 600, Micro ATX, PCI Express 2.0, HDMI, USB 3.0)

VS650 — 650 Watt Power Supply

The GPU is one of the newer components. I have had it for around a year so its not that old and still works very well.

(UK btw so GBP (£) is prefered thanks)

Solution
For the listed components, I'd say you'd be getting fair price if you can sell it at ~£400. Your actual sale price would depends on how informed the buyer is and whether you needed the money urgently enough to ask a lower price?

Looking at used sold items on eBay. A used 4th generation Core i5 with 8GB RAM, a GTX 970 and generally low end parts goes for around £300 to £325 at auction in the UK. Since you have a GTX 980 I would expect it to go for £350 to £375. Given that a GTX 980 goes about £50 higher than a 970.
