Is my CPU dead?

Hey guys, I've been trying to find an answer to this for ages.
Anyway, my pc was left running and my window was opened in the rain (created a bit of fire and burnt through my motherboard) dumb on my behalf I know, however, I have since got a replacement motherboard and tried to reconnect everything.
The computer powers up and the fans spin, the HDD turns on, but there are no POST beeps. I decided I should single out my hardware one by one, beginning with the Graphics Card, no beeps were produced.
I then disconnected the HDD, no beeps were produced.
I disconnected the RAM, no beeps were produced.
I disconnected the CPU, no beeps were produced.
I figured that it could not be the power supply as everything powered up, however I am not going to rule it out.
Could this be my CPU? I am thinking this because of the fact that no beeps were produced and no signal is displayed on the monitor. Any answers are greatly appreciated as I would prefer not to spend money on hardware that is not broken.

EDIT: I should mention, all fans were spinning except for the fan's on my GPU, my motherboard has no integrated graphics, could this contribute to the no POST beeps as well as no display?

Regards,
Alex.

Hi sir if there are no beep code after you isolate the main hardware mounted of the mobo means there are problem of the mobo now. But before to decide be sure that the system speaker is connected in the speaker pin connector located in the front panel connectors. Or if the system speaker or buzzer is already connected of the mobo. Try to use another compatible mobo to justify that this mobo is the problem.

So it could be the motherboard even though it is brand new?

Maybe you mention that your PC was burning right? But maybe because you install it back the old part of the burn computer. Maybe one of the part here have also damage then you install it in new mobo that cause to damage this new mobo.

I used isolation with a working speaker module, there was no beeps produced when only running the CPU in the new motherboard.
