Can I use a Graphics card that is made for PCI-E 2.0 with a MoBo with PCI-E?

Hello, is a Graphics card (HD Radeon 6450) Compatible with a HP Compaq Pro 6000 MoBo? The Graphics card states that there is a PCI-E 2.0, however my MoBo does not state there is a 2.0. (I am not that familiar with hardware, I am familiar with Software mainly)

I am not entirely sure which one... I have the integrated Intel GMA 4500 and the Processor is the Intel Pentium dual-core E5300 Processor.
