My Graphic Card Crashed When I use it to render or play games

What is the Problem:
When I play games or render projects from 3D Max(mostly when my video card needs a lot of power) my driver crash and the display starts to flash.

Also this when I play OverWatch > Error

I have tried:
1.Update the driver
2.Clean reinstal
3. Reformatting PC
4.Update Windwos
5.Use Maximum performance when my laptop is plugged ( I have an Acer
Aspire F 15)

Specs:
-Laptop Acer ASpire F 15
-Intel Core i7-7500U
-NVidia GeForce GTX -950m(4G Vram)
-8G DDR4
-256 G SSD
-Windows 10 Updated

Temperature when it crash:
CPU
Intel Core i7 7500U @ 2.70GHz 55 °C
GPU
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M (Acer Incorporated [ALI]) 52 °C
Storage
238GB Hitachi HFS256G39TND-N210A (SSD) 45 °C

Seems normal to me.

And i was trying 4/5 drivers
