there are reviews scattered all over the place in magazine web sites, but nothing specific, as 99% of the power is the video gpu, the brands vary but over single and dual fans and heat sink designs and what video ports they offer, the 1060 6Gb across the line performs pretty much the same based on their respectable speeds/overclocking. I use EVGA SSC model personally, dual fans and solid.. many will say they are crap cards, yet I never had issues with them in performance nor in quality. this can be repeated by hundreds other users for each individual brand. sorry I am no help concerning this.
It will really depend on your budget-a 4690k, especially if overclocked, is still a very capable gaming CPU and for the majority of games you should not see much of a bottleneck even when using a higher end gpu i.e. 1080.
You mentioned upgrading to a 1440p monitor soon. Would that be a 60hz panel or 144hz? Are you happy turning down some settings or do you need everything maxed out?

New monitor would be over 100Hz panel for sure i dont want go backto 60Hz (it would be propbly with Gsync). All setting dont have to be maxed out but i like good grafik. Budget its hard to say till im using defrent money in my country. But i could say that most of 1080 is in my bugget (1080Ti isnt for sure). It would be around 590 Euro (if i made currency translation)

yes the 1070ti is better here are the specs below
