I noticed I have constant huge spikes on my GPU regardless is the PC idle or am I playing games. A few months ago my games started to lag, loading's take forever, and I have a huge FPS drops compared a to what I had a few months ago. For example in PUBG I had 60 FPS on high setting no problems, now I am lucky if I get 20 FPS on low settings. Now I am not sure are those power spikes connected to slow PC issue but I am certain that such power spike in voltage are not good. I tried to swap all the parts (except motherboard) with parts from other PC and no changes at all. Any thoughts? Here is a screenshot of GPU voltage spikes: http://prntscr.com/h99kqu
