Approximate Purchase Date: Within a month

Budget Range: $1,200USD to $1,500USD MAX

System Usage: Gaming and possibly streaming if pc will handle
Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, MOBO, RAM, GPU, Hard Drive (possibly PSU)

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or Tigerdirect (I'm in Canada!)

Location: Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences: I like pretty things. I feel like EVGA is pretty :p No real preference between Intel/AMD.

Overclocking: Maybe (Don't know how but would like to learn. I don't think I'll need to though.)

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I already have an SSD for booting, just need HD. I would like a new case if it can fit into my budget, if not I have a mid case.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current PC is not too great to begin. I need a decent system to play stuff like CoD: WWII and BF1 on higher than low/medium settings.

Solution
Well considering its pretty much the fastest CPU out there you wouldn't need to consider replacing it for at least 4-5 years. Also did you want to cut down the budget? I just noticed you changed the amount. Well you could go with the 8600K/1070, just reuse your current case and the 1070 would be fine with those monitors.

No need for OS. That saves a bit of money. Also, should I go that big for the CPU? Would be nice to now automatically hit my absolute max budget right away :p.
