Ok, so I live In Ireland and my ISP is Sky. Recently they rolled out some new routers and ever since then I haven't been able to host ANY servers, gmod servers that used to work completely fine nobody can connect to, along with any other multiplayer game I used to host. In my group of friends i'm the go-to server guy since my internet is the fastest we have access to and I have a lot of experience with hosting.

I've redone the port-forwarding on the new router and it's perfect. Upnp is on. even using a system-wide VPN like Windscribe doesn't change anything. I'm confused and annoyed. I'm not a networking expert but after a few years of on and off hosting you get pretty used to setting up servers. I don't think it's me and my ineptitude to follow a tutorial on port-forwarding.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there some small firewall rule I've missed? Literally any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance for reading this novel.
(before anyone asks my pc is perfectly capable of hosting, hardware-wise)

When you say "Sky recently rolled out some new routers", are you talking about hardware upgrades on their end, or they gave you a new WiFi/router to use in your home? If it's your home WiFi/router, you should be more specific what model it is.
