30 amp circus breaker safe for computers?

I just had a quick question. I moved into a new place and noticed we have a 30 amp circuit breaker is that safe to power a computer and monitor on?

Sure. Just means the circuit breaker will cut the circuit at a higher amperage draw. Doesn't really have anything to do with how your computer will interface to the power in the house.

30 Amp X 120 Volts X cos 60? = 1,800 Watts.
As long as your PC doesn't have a 1,900W PSU, you should be Okay. ;)
