Hello! I'm using Windows 10, My Ethernet suddenly stopped working. Not received IP. I've tried maybe 15 solutions such as Release/renew, updating drivers, uninstall/installed drivers, scanned whole PC for errors, My WiFi is working fine and so is any other computer in this house with Ethernet or WiFi. It seems to be only my desktop that's not working with Ethernet at the moment. Tried searching for virus/malware aswell. I'm totally out of solutions and frustrated.

Anyone know what i can do?

Solution
I'm not an expert, but it seems to me you don't have a Gateway IP specified. The gateway IP should be the IP address of your router (the point where your LAN and the external WAN meet, normally the router).

I had the longest troubleshoot with this same problem on a custom build that I did. I was searching everywhere far and wide for the solution and everyone was pointing to "ifconfig/renew" and things of that nature in CMD prompt. What I found out was that my router's firmware was completely outdated by like yearssss, so I popped in that ethernet cable into my dumpy laptop and dowloaded the latest firm. onto my router (each make has a different way of connecting to it and doing it) and this took like 5 min by the way. Then after that, I downloaded the latest Realtek Family controller (or whatever the driver is for the lan) onto a flash drive then popped that bad boy into my desktop and it worked after it updated the driver!!

TL;DR
1. update routers firmware
2. update the Realtek Driver for the LAN port
3. Restart the computer (if necessary)
4. be the mans of the hour

keep it trill, my g
