Got 1100€, need a good gaming config, help me please

Hi guys I need help!
In need of a gaming rig for around 1100€, gonna buy the machine in Germany. Will be playing games in 1080p. I have monitor, OS and all peripherials so the 1100€ (+-10%) is purely for the config. Can you guys list me a couple of configs? One centered around Ryzen one around 8th gen Intel and one around GTX 1070! Thanks in advance!

Update 1: Also I forgot to mention the case doesn't have to be fancy or anything!

8th Gen (unless you cut corners) is going to go above your budget or you'll end up with the i5-8400 which you can't overclock with. Personally I think your better off with Ryzen/GTX 1070.

Thank you mate one question is the stock cooler on the i5-8400 and Ryzen 1600 okay if I dont OC?
