I recently built a pc about a month ago. I'm noticing that windows is stating that I have 16GBs of RAM, but only 7.93 usable. Here are my parts
AMD - Ryzen 7 1700 3.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard ASRock - AB350 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory Team - Dark 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage SK hynix - SL308 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card PNY - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Video Card
Case Fractal Design - Focus G (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply Corsair - CXM (2015) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
