Over several months i have been getting semi frequent BSoD msgs and could use help pinpointing or general direction for whats going on. these are the msgs i get but these are not all of them didnt write down the first few....
Memory Mangement
Bad Pool Header
Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page (twice)
DPC_Watchdog_Violation
System Service Exception
IRQL_Not_Less_Or_More
Most of the time it happens when i am waking it from sleep mode it will crash there or it will fully wake up and then crash. After reboot it runs fairly normally though i have noticed that the PC does run slower or takes a long time in loading or multitasking. Sometimes things are slow loading up and/or is unresponsive for a time but usually corrects itself. i have speculated that perhaps my hard drive is failing. Any insight would be most appreciated and thanks for your time.

Intel core i7 4790k 4.0ghz
2TB Western Digital Black Hard drive
16 GB (2x 8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-1866 Ram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 4GB
Corsair CX750M 750W power supply
everythings orginal bout 2 3/4yrs old except RAM i updated it about 6months ago
Update Dec 13 2017
Went to restart computer and now get a BSoD that says Critical Process Died. It will try to boot up twice then go to the Recovery screen. It will fail Startup Repair, all points in system restore fails and tried a command prompt screen “sfc /scannow“ which failed also. And will not boot up in safe mode. Please any advice would be much appreciated
