After cpu upgrade no power to mouse and keyboard and gpu light turn off after few sec

Idk what's happening but after upgrading my gpu from a i3 to a 4th gen i7 the cpu fan works but the gpu fan turns of after a few seconds , the mouse and keyboard don't light up and monitor has no connection , I have a gtx 1050ti i7-4790 lga 1150 and 8gb of ram

did you update the motherboard bios?
