Before I start I want to set some rules: I only want to spend $500 on this, don't make fun of my crappy PC and I only want to buy from Newegg or Amazon.
I have an AM2 Motherboard,Athlon 64 x2 6400+,two 1Gb GT 9800's and 8gb of DDR2 533mhz ram.
I most likely will need a PSU upgrade so include that as well.

I only use this PC to play Civilization 5 and do school work.I would like to play more PC Strategy Games.I really only play Hearthstone,Civ.5,Elder Scrolls Legends and I would like to play The Forest.
It runs Civ. 5 perfectly fine at the moment, unless you count 15 minute load times as bad lol
I just got an Xbox One X for all my other games.

Got the updated PM notice. I'm going to assume you are in the US. For at or under $500 you can try something like this assuming you can use your current case and hard drive(s) for your OS and Steam game storage (this idea is around $485 or $455 after $30 worth of PSU and motherboard rebates):

First of all, what do you do with your PC? What games do you play? Do you use any productivity apps like video rendering? The more info you give, the better your answers will be. And nobody judges older hardware here as we are all computer nerds. I have a retro Pentium IV gaming rig running Windows 98SE and am still running a nearly nine year old Core 2 Duo rig that was at one time my primary gaming system.

Not criticizing your PC Part picking skills, just do I need the 1050ti for any of the games I play?
If you know anyone or if you want to buy those two GT 9800's (For Nostalgia or whatever) Tell me because whatever I can sell those for will go to my Upgrade budget.
