Hi guys I’m pretty new to this and I’m having trouble with my PC

Ryzen 5 1500x
MSI B350M Gaming Pro MoBo
16GB 2666MHZ Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram
XFX RX 550 4GB
LS ULTRA 500W ATX Power Supply

Idk if I need to post any further specs but basically

Issue #1: My graphics card isn’t being detected (I’m guessing) because the fan isn’t starting up when I boot the PC.
Issue #2: Monitor, keyboard, and mouse are not being detected and monitor always says “Going into sleep mode” every time I turn it on.
Issue #3: My lights for the power button on my PC are not showing up, and I cannot turn it off using the power button. I’ve tried holding it down for a minute before, and it still hasn’t worked.
Issue #4: My MoBo’s speaker isn’t beeping at all. I tried booting without RAM, no beep. I tried booting with no GPU, no beep. Though, earlier today I tested it by running with no GPU and it was working.

This is my first real build and I’m really bummed out that it’s screwing up like this. I was excited to use it and made sure to look up complete installation guides to put it together, even using static resistant gloves. Hopefully someone on here can help me. Thank you in advance.

Solution
Your very detailed description seems to show nothing in your system is getting any power, therefore i suspect some sort of problem with the power supply.

1. Some basics first. Make sure the power button on the LS ULTRA PSU is turned on. Re-check all the plugin connections from the PSU to the motherboard an make sure they are pushed in all the way. [MB 24pin and CPU 12v 4+4pin]
2. If that doesn't help take a close look at the wires coming out of the PSU and look for any damaged cables.

If none of this helps i would return the LS ULTRA 500W Power Supply to where you bought it. Exchange it for another or get a different PSU.
