Is this bad, seems its been running hot for atleast a year havent really noticed. Anyways its an i5-4690k on stock cooler, ordered a seidon 120v ver.2 water cooler now, but is it safe to use it now that i know my hot temps. Its only on 100% cpu, also only noticed it in star wars battlefront 2 when loading the galactic warfare big maps. Ingame its like 80 85

It doesn't matter for thermals, but for ease of cleaning have the fans pulling the air through the radiator. That way you can just lightly vacuum off the radiator. If you have the fan pushing the air through you'll have to take the fan off to get at where the dust build up is. Plus it looks cleaner to have the fan hidden underneath the rad IMO.

I would recommend some isopropyl alcohol (just rubbing alcohol you can get cheap from the store) and some make-up removal pads or coffee filters, or anything that won't leave any residue. A few swipes with one of the makeup removal pads with rubbing alcohol on it, then coffee filter to dry it off should be good.
