Im not sure what the problem is with my new computer

What does it mean when your computer turns on and off continuously and doesn't display anything on the screen I updated the drivers and it asked after installation to restart to apply the changes and that's when the problems started

Actually it could be most anything at all. Bad memory, bad hard drive, bad PSU corrupted software. Curious, how could you update the drivers if you can't see the screen? Which OS are you using? Can you boot in safe mode?

I updated the drivers before I had that problem it was running fine before that after installation of updated drivers computer asks to restart and I did . the operating system is Windows 10 I can't boot in safe mode because there is no picture on the screen
