So my old PC ran very slow because the years of use so I decided to set my PC back to factory settings. I have an acer aspire E5-571G-52MY (It's all I can provide, now I'll say why). It had a partition to an Ubuntu OS but I ran out of space on the windows partition and I had to merge the partitions by myself, not looking for it on the internet, so I basically deleted the ISO image that windows has to make the PC back to factory settings. Today I installed in a flash drive windows 8.1 (the same as the PC) from Media Creation Tool and from there I tried to figure out how to delete windows and re-install it and I deleted the Partition 0. I continued the installation, then I cancelled it thinking that I may have messed things up. Now my BIOS won't recognize my Flash Drive (this time with an ISO image from Media Creation Tool converted to USB by Rufus) and when I try to run windows It says that it needs to be repaired and the only option working is the "pres esc to enter BIOS" .

Is there any solution or I just have to delete all the stuff that I have in that c: drive and continue installing, this time with the old Media Creation Tool Flash Drive?
