I have recently built a new PC.

Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350M Pro 4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2x4gb

I cannot get the RAM to go past 2133mhz. No matter what I put the voltage to the PC either does not boot and it's very very unstable I can't even play a minute of CSGO without it freezing or crashing.

The RAM is in slots A2 and B2.

plz help or im going to cry :(

Thank you

My RAM is CMK8GX4M2B3000C15, this is similar to the RAM listed but not exact, is this still an issue? Because the RAM listen there is Corsair Vengeance LPX memory too.

I will leave other people to give you better answer. From what I understand with motherboard for Ryzen CPU, it is very picky. The QVL memory list by ASRock means ASRock has verified those memory will definitely work at those rated speed. For other memory that has not been verified, it may not work at all or work at lower speed. Have you tried update the Bios for your motherboard?

Yeah, updating the bios was the first thing I did when building my PC. I want my RAM to run at 3000+Mhz for obvious reasons but the ones stated on the working memory list are so expensive. I guess I have to deal with 2133mhz speed or wait for a new bios update.

Thank you for taking your time and helping me.
