I plan to upgrade my pc to intel 8th generation cpu. I am looking for a new easy to install water cooling system? is there any intel push pin system all in one water cooler that does not require mother removal? or any ones that does not need attach plate on back of motherboard?

Solution
Agreed. Just getting a'liquid cooler' does not mean you will be getting a 'good liquid cooler' unless you plan to spend upwards of $140 US or more. Good air coolers do just as well, and often sometimes better, than smaller, cheaper closed loop liquid cooling.

Trust me on this...I have about 15 coolers in my home office that I am testing for reviews right now...both air and liquid.

What are you upgrading "from"?
Presumably your new 8th gen CPU will require a new motherboard.

I know upgrade will need new motherboard. 8th gen CPU do not give cooler in the box. I want to try see how water cooler will fit a new system. I saw in some reviews there were some water coolers that use intel push in or a bracket on cpu socket that does non need remove motherboard. But I could not find it. that was few years ago.

push pin retention is crap. coolers using this type of mounting are usually (cheap) crap.
why would you want to use crap with new shiny system ?
and I'll join rubix question. simply because good aircoolers are mostly outperform AiOs when it comes to temperature, noise, reliability and longevity. and your requirements do not fit real liquid cooling (custom loops).

Well, that was not specified. All we saw was "8th generation cpu".

In any case...
1. The pushpin retention system sucks
2. You'll have the motherboard out anyway, so no need to worry about 'removing it' to install a retention plate
3. Unless you're going to get a really good liquid cooler, air is cheaper and better
