Mobo : Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P
Proc : AMD FX 6300
GPU : Zotac GTX 950 Amp!
RAM : G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 1333 CL7 2x4GB (8GB)
PSU : Aerocool StrikeX 600W non-modular
Storage device : Kingston UV400 120GB
Seagate 3TB

the above specs was my system

and recently I determined that the 4GB of my dual kit ram has the issue

if 2x4GB were installed, mobo beeps endlessly one at a time when it boots
if 1x4GB were installed, mobo beeps (only a single beep means no issue detected)

but I dont still discard my ram in my issues list

next issue is my gpu

my BIOS Init display first has 3 choices : OnChipVGA, PCI slot, PEG

the following are the tried configurations :

BIOS' Init display first set either to PCI slot or to PEG, and gpu installed, unsucessful
BIOS' Init display first set to PCI slot or to PEG, and gpu uninstalled, sucessful

BIOS' Init display first set to OnChipVGA, and gpu installed, unsucessful
BIOS' Init display first set to OnChipVGA, and gpu uninstalled, sucessful

unsucessful it means that all fans powers on, no beep, blank display, no POST
successful means, beeps once, display BIOS/POST, load OS up to windows desktop

now, can anyone help me what are the issues of my system, or any ideas how to do some first aide/troubleshoot

does my gpu requires 8GB of ram ?

I will appreciate any of your ideas

successful boot

unsuccessful boot

select PCI slot, that is your gtx 950. as far as the ram, try 1 stick at a time to see if the system boots and is stable. if it doesnt boot with a certain stick in it, that stick is probably dead. if it boots with each stick individually, but not with both installed, try slowing them down to 1066mhz.

@Danbuscus25

lets say my dual kit ram has the ram 1 and ram 2

im very sure that the ram 2 has the issue

what I already tried

with gpu and BIOS config to PCI slot
- ram 1 installed, powers on and thats all and a blank monitor
- ram 2 installed, powers on, beep that lasts for 3 second at a time
- ram 1 & 2 installed, powers on, beep that lasts for 3 second at a time (surely mobo detects that the ram 2 has the issue)

without gpu and BIOS config to PCI slot
- ram 1 installed, powers on, beeps once(no issue detected), successfully boot
- ram 2 installed, powers on, beep that lasts for 3 second at a time
- ram 1 & 2 installed, powers on, beep that lasts for 3 second at a time (surely mobo detects that the ram 2 has the issue)
